Commercial Real Estate Photography in Spokane: What Brokers Need

Commercial listings are marketed differently from homes. Brokers are often selling access, visibility, footprint and location as much as the building itself, and the media needs to reflect that. Valid Media has photographed commercial properties for brokerages including NAI Black and Arger Real Estate.

How commercial differs from residential

Residential photography is priced by square footage. Commercial work is quoted by scope, because a single-tenant retail building, a multi-suite office and a parcel of land need completely different coverage.

Aerials do the heavy lifting

For commercial property, drone photography often matters most: frontage, parking, access points, nearby traffic corridors and neighboring businesses. All flights are made under an FAA Part 107 license, with airspace authorization requested where it's required near Spokane International and Felts Field.

Interiors, exteriors and video

Depending on the property, coverage may include clean exteriors at good light, interior suites, warehouse and dock areas, and a short video for marketing or social.
