How Much Does Real Estate Photography Cost in Spokane & Coeur d'Alene?

Agents ask this more than anything else, so here are the actual numbers Valid Media charges, with no "call for pricing." Every shoot gets a fixed quote before anyone shows up.

Listing photography, priced by square footage

Photography starts at $165 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft, $215 for 1,501–2,500 sq ft and $265 for 2,501–3,500 sq ft. Larger homes add $50 for each additional 1,000 sq ft. Square footage is the fairest way to price because it tracks how many rooms need to be lit, composed and edited.

A typical listing receives 25–45 final images, depending on the size and layout of the property. Photos are delivered within 24 hours.

Add-ons and what they cost

Drone photos are $75 for up to 15 aerial images. Twilight photography is $150. Listing video starts at $225. 2D floor plans start at $75 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft, $85 up to 2,500 sq ft and $95 up to 3,500 sq ft.

Other add-ons, including virtual staging, virtual twilight, item removal, 3D floor plans, Matterport tours, vertical reels and FPV video, are quoted to the property.

What actually changes the price

Size is the main factor. After that it's scope: whether the lot or views justify drone, whether the listing needs video for social, and travel for properties outside Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, North Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.

Booking everything in one visit

Most listings are captured in a single appointment: photos, video, drone and floor plans together. That keeps the seller's home disrupted once instead of three times, and everything comes back on the same schedule.
