Photos vs. Video vs. Floor Plans: What Does Your Listing Actually Need?

Not every listing needs every product. Here's how to decide what to book, based on the property rather than a package.

Photos: every listing

Professional photos are the foundation. A typical listing gets 25–45 final images, delivered within 24 hours, starting at $165.

2D floor plans: when layout is a selling point

Floor plans help buyers understand how rooms connect, which photos can't fully show. They're especially useful for larger homes, unusual layouts and buyers relocating from out of the area who can't walk through in person yet. 2D plans start at $75 and are delivered within 24 hours.

Video: when you want the listing to stand out

A horizontal walkthrough runs 60–90 seconds, and vertical social cuts run 20–30 seconds for Reels and similar platforms. Video starts at $225 and is usually delivered in under 24 hours, with 48 hours maximum.

Drone: when the setting sells the home

Views, acreage, waterfront and neighborhood amenities are where aerials earn their cost. Drone photos are $75.

Twilight: for homes with strong exterior lighting

Twilight photos ($150) give a listing a standout lead image, especially for homes with great landscape or exterior lighting. Virtual twilight is available when a dusk visit isn't practical.

Book it in one visit

Whatever combination you choose, it can usually be captured in a single appointment.
